I’ve always liked conjuring tricks. I was a regular performer at birthday parties when my children were small. And I still can pull the odd coin or two out of my granddaughters’ ears!

And I like clever tricks on websites, as well. I came across one in the past few days and I just had to get the Resale Rights to it.

“Power Effects” uses some clever programming to produce effects on web pages which can normally be done only by using Flash or animated graphics. Both these technologies can be hard to use (I haven’t yet got the hang of Flash) and both lengthen page download times.

Two other things impressed me about this software:

It’s very easy to install. Just upload a few files onto your web server and you’re done.

It’s very easy to us. If you can produce bits of HTML using your regular web authoring software, it’s just a matter of copying, pasting and selecting a few options from drop-down boxes.
