Adding Blog-Like “Comments” To Your Web Pages
Last week I talked about a couple of ways to set up social networking features on your web sites. Today, here’s a way to add the same sort of “comments” feature to your conventional web pages that you find on blogs. It’s a freebie you can get from here:

There are paid-for versions, but as far as I can see, the f’ree version seems to off’er all that most people would want. And it seems only to need a snippet of Javascript to be inserted on your page. Even better, it comes with the same “Akismet” spam filtering that I use on my Wordpress blog.
I’ve not tried it out yet, but it’s something I might experiment with in the near future. If you do try it before I get round to it, perhaps you could post your comments on the Marketing Update Community forum.
(Footnote: 7 July 2009 - I’ve tried it, it works and it’s easy to set up. Configuring it to match site colours takes a little longer, but it’s not hard!)
