At the beginning of this month, I set up an “Elite Group” of “Marketing Update” subscribers. It’s f’ree to join, and members get access to gifts, breaking internet marketing news and, occasionally, even better “subscriber deals”.

As soon as I add something new to the password protected Members Area, special software which each member installs pops up a little window on their PC announcing the new addition.

It’s still in “beta test” mode, and it’s not perfect. I’m currently trying out other software which makes it much more obvious when new stuff is available.

You can manually check for new stuff by double-clicking the icon in your system tray, and following the link in the popup window. If you’re away from your PC when the window pops up, you might have missed the new updates.

If you are not a member:

You won’t get bombarded by extra emails from me. I haven’t sent out one email since the Group was set up - apart, of course, from the welcoming email with the software download details.
