J P Schoeffel has been one of the rising internet marketing stars in 2007. His “Niches In A Box” started to make waves in 2006, and during this year he has focused on his key skills:

Automating the creation of content-filled sites, attracting revenue through both a.dvertising (e.g. Google AdSense) and through affiliate links.

Exploiting the advantages of “Web 2.0″-type sites and services to drive visitors to these sites quickly and inexpensively.

I bought quite a few of his “Niches In A Box” sites, and only stopped buying because I like to be able to choose my own niches. And his latest product, “Niche Video Site Builder” (”NVSB”), has allowed me to do just that! I’ll give you some real-life results in the next article, but let me explain what NVSB does and how it works.

In a nutshell, NVSB builds websites on any niches you like, the content being videos extracted from YouTube. Here’s an example of one which I built - and, as I said, I’ll explain my experiences with the software in more detail in the next article in this issue of “Update”:

You can see how both the video content and the AdSense ads match my chose niche of “Corrective Eye Surgery”.

The software is a web-based script which you install on any web server (except a Microsoft server). You can install it as many times that you like, each installation being a complete website. You just need to use a text editor, such as Notepad, to change three things in a file (one of them being your chosen niche keyword or phrase), upload the files - and you’ve got a completely new niche website.

So all that you need is:

(1) Web space
(2) A text editor, such as Windows Notepad
(3) An FTP program, such as the free “FileZilla”

There’s no “setting of file permissions”, no need for a MySQL database - nothing else to do except generate a stream of good ideas for profitable niches! Oh, and you do need a Google AdSense account if you’re going to generate revenue from your sites!
