Dare You Face Up To The Truth?

I’ve seen many web services which provide you with an analysis of any website. But there’s one I’ve recently found which has some very unique points.

Website Grader uses some of its unique tools to analyse the performance of a site. For instance, it compares your site with the 2 million sites it has analysed to date. That might be a bit subjective - but then, so isĀ Alexa ranking.

It looks at what social media sites are being used by the site. If it has (or is) a blog, this, too, is analysed.

If you think you can face up to the truth (!), try running your site through Website Grader:

Hi Ian
Well I did submit my new site for the test with Website Grader and got a nice report back. More than half of it was devoted to the lack of Web 2.0 stuff i.e. no blog, no sign of Facebook, Twitter and the like.
However … I did score 63 out of 100 and they said my content was good and in the top % of websites so there’s hope for me yet(LOL)!
regards

P.S. I have Wordpress on my server now - but am still trying to sort out a theme that I can use (hopefully using my own header from my static website) then I can get blogging!

Does this only work with IE? I don’t see any apture plugin effects in Firefox.
