Exit Popups Update
The new breed of “exit popups” anticipate when a visitor is about to leave your web page, and then displays a popup. They work by measuring how close the visitor’s mouse cursor is to the top of the page display part of a web browser.
There’s been a rash of these types of software recently - some desk-top based, some web server based: “Exit Grabber” (which I’m currently selling, “Exit Prophet” and “Traffic Convertor Pro” are just three of them.
If you’re thinking about getting any of these, please just hold off for a couple of weeks. I’ve got coders working on a new software program of mine which is going to knock the socks of most of the competitors.
And if you purchased “Exit Grabber” from me, you’ll get this new software of mine (”Exit Blocker”) as a gift!
Mind you, it can’t compet’e with the Rolls Royce of exit popups which I told you about last week: “Traf’fic Regenerator” (”TrG”).
TrG is working very well for me on my Newbies School page:
.. and it’s converting people who try to leave the page into joining one of my autoresponders.. which sends them occasional emails with useful info - and, of course, links back to the Newbies School.
TrG keeps on getting better, with more features added almost weekly. In particular, the owners of the site have now provided me with a way of sending people direct to the sales page without an annoying “squeeze page”! Here’s where to go:

When you get to that page, there’s quite a lot of videos to watch, but one in particular you should pay close attention to. It’s way down the page - under “Bonus #4″.
It shows you how you can add TrG to any page - even if it’s not under your control - such as a page with your affiliate link. So you don’t even need a website. This is a really cool tool! So spend just 6 minutes watching that video to see the effect. (Ignore the suggestion at the end of the video that TrG hasn’t yet launched!)
There’s one heck of a lot of things you can do with TrG - I’ve barely scratched the surface with my account at TrG. But expect to see me using it more and more in the coming months.
Now TrG ain’t cheap - and there’s rumours of a price hike sometime in the future. They’ve also capped the number of members because of the demands placed on their web servers (although they’ve order new, more powerful servers).
But you need to look at TrG not from the price angle, but the value angle. Given that 90 per cent of visitors will leave your site without doing anything, if you can just recapture 10 per cent of these, what’s that going to do to your bottom line?
Go and have a look. There’s a 60-day guarant’ee so you’re not risking anything:
