I’m pretty certain that there is no-one who reads this who is going to say “I don’t waste any of my time”! We’re all guilty of it. And our guest author, Terry Dean, holds up his hands to this.

In his thought-provoking article he talks about the “80/20″ rule and says:

“Let’s talk about this in regard to how you’re spending your time. Since 80% of your activities only produce 20% of your results, and the other 20% of your activities are producing 80% of your results…wouldn’t you be better off concentrating only the 20%?”.

He makes some very good suggestions on how we can all be more productive online. And I, for one, am going to follow at least two of his five suggestions - maybe more, if I have the time
