I said I probably wouldn’t mention “Niche Video Site Builder” (”NVSB”) again, but Version 3 has just been released, with a feature that really blew me away More of that in a minute, but first..

If you’re a new subscriber to “Update”, or you haven’t bothered to read earlier issues(!), let me tell you that NVSB is one of the slickest content-filled website builders I’ve come across.

And the content is pure video - videos on any topic you choose. You can monetize the sites with Google AdSense - or anything else you choose, so if you pick topics which advertisers are prepared to pay a lot for each cl.ick, you get a nice passive revenue stream.

I built 20 NVSB sites around the themes of “Health” and “Finance”, and you can see them here:

Each site took me just 3 -4 minutes to build. OK, I built the home page, with links to each of the videos, by hand, so that took a little longer.

Now, with Version 3 of NVSB, the whole process has got even faster.
Putting aside my dislike for “automatic installers”, I gave V.3 a spin yesterday. Since I am a passionate bird watcher, “bird watching” was the topic I chose. And here’s the result:

The whole site took me just 10 minutes to build. Well, I didn’t actually “build” it. Here’s what I did:

Selected some high-paying keywords using my “secret tool”. If you decide to get NVSB through my link, you’ll get access to a video I made, showing how I use this tool.

Logged in to my NVSB account and selected one out of ten web templates.

Filled in a form with my website details (including FTP username and password). I also added all the keywords I selected a few minutes earlier along with my AdSense publisher’s ID.

Hit a button which logged into my web server and let me create a new directory for the site.

Hit another button which uploaded all the files to my web server.
And that was it! Selecting my keywords using my “secret tool” took me 5 minutes. All the other steps took another 5 minutes. And I didn’t even have to do any FTPing!

All the keywords I chose appear on the website as a “tag cloud” on the site, and it’s easy to add new keywords at any time you want. For example, I later added “Yorkshire Birdwatching” as a tag, simply by opening a file with Windows Notepad, adding the phrase and uploaded the file. OK, I had to use FTP for this action, but it only took a minute or so.
