A Closer Look At “PPC Classroom”
A few days ago, I wrote in my “Marketing Update” newsletter about the upcoming launch of “PPC Classroom”. I now have more news about this product.
The Background
“PPC” stands for “Pay Per Click” and is the way of purchasing advertising on networks such as Google and Yahoo.
PPC Classroom, however, is not just about how to get the best out of PPC. The entire focus of the training program is how you can sell affiliate products using PPC. This is a very important technique, and is can be used by both “newbies” and experienced marketers alike.
It means that, using this technique, you do not need:
- A website
- A list of subscribers
.. to generate affiliate revenue.
OK, that’s some refresher material on what PPC affiliate marketing is about. So what have I learnt about PPC Classroom in the past few days?
The Promotional Material
PPC Classroom is using the product launch technique which gives away a lot of useful info for free. Some of the “big hitters”, such as Frank Kern and Rich Schefren, have used this technique for their BIG ticket launches. PPC Classroom uses the technique for a low-priced product (see below)!
So, right now, you can benefit from this free advice. The PPC Classroom guys have already released one video, and they are about to release another one. And I can tell you that in this new video, Anik Singal, owner of “Affiliate Classroom”, interviews Amit Mehta. Mehta, who has prepared most of the material for PPC Classroom, is going to be asked questions such as:
1. What percentage of your campaigns are actually successful?
2. How EXACTLY do you research a niche?
3. What about PRODUCTS? How do you find products that CONVERT well?
4. When do you know to QUIT on a niche or campaign?
5. What network do you recommend affiliates start with?
6. What EXACTLY do your landing pages look like?
7. How many KEYWORDS do you use to promote a product?
8. What’s your FAVORITE keyword research tool?
All this is going to be extremely valuable - and free - information, and you can access it from here:
http://www.IanSays.com/PPPC/Prelaunch2
You’ll be able to see the first video on that page. But to be certain that you get access to the next video - and others which will almost certainly follow it - you must sign up to the announcement list in the sign-up box to the right of the video. Just do it, please! It might also help you to get priority access to the Classroom - if you later want it, and if it will be (as I think it will) be limited in numbers (see below).
And all that information is before you get into the Classroom! So, when PPC Classroom launches, what can you expect to find inside? I’ve had a preview!
A Peek Inside PPC Classroom
This has been an extremely well thought out training program. It’s not just a bunch of videos put together.
In fact, despite the emphasis on videos in the pre-launch phase, the training is delivered through the written word, and not through video. That ought to please all my subscribers who, in a recent “Marketing Update” poll, said that they preferred the written word rather than videos!
Now of course, the easy way (for the Classroom developers) would have been just to have thrown together a series of pages, which could equally have been delivered via a few PDFs.
They haven’t done this!
The core of the course is 10 modules, each consisting 9 or 10 screens of information. You work through these at your own pace (moving backwards and forwards as you need to), and at the end of each module, there’s a quiz which tests your understanding of the subject. Here’s a screenshot of the menu for the 10 modules:

There’s also an overall test when you have completed the modules. And I’m pretty certain that there’s going to be additional modules released in the coming months to supplement these core modules.
Other resources include (or will include):
- Eight web-based tools, which will help you to improve your PPC affiliate marketing
- A forum, which is already (I don’t know how!) populated with thousands of posts.
- A monthly webinar (which was not available in my preview)
- An advanced membership category, which will include direct access to the VIP Coaching Group (optional)
Now that’s just my assessment following a one-hour exploration of PPC Classroom. And I’ve not yet seen everything which is going to be available! I am sure that, in the coming months, this is going to become a powerhouse of specialist advice and information on affiliate marketing through Pay Per Click advertising.
Price And Availability
I know the price! I can’t reveal what it is (yet!). But it’s going to be a monthly subscription. And it’s going to be less than 30 bucks
Availability? I’m not sure. But I’m guessing that there are going to be a limited number of pupils allowed into the PPC Classroom. Don’t quote me on this - I might be wrong!
But don’t risk being excluded. Watch the first video - and sign up for the announcement list here:

I’ll make another post on my blog when I get any additional information.
If you’ve got any questions about PPC Classroom, I’ll try to answer them. Just put your question in a comment below.

It sounds great - but then I’ve heard Amit Mehta speak on keyword research and he is superb.
So I was glad when anik singal said it would be a low price and it’s no surprise that is a monthly subscription but less than $30 is really good news
It’s a no brainer and it shows superb marketing - because I want to sign up now!
See you on the inside!
